Data Deletion Instructions

Alltrack processes conversion event data on behalf of our customers through server-side tracking integrations, including Meta (Facebook) Conversions API. If your data has been collected through one of our customers' websites, you have the right to request its deletion.
1. What Data May Be Collected via Facebook
When you interact with a website that uses Alltrack for server-side conversion tracking with Meta (Facebook), the following data may be processed:
- Click identifiers: Facebook click IDs (fbclid) used for conversion attribution.
- Contact information: hashed email address and/or phone number (hashed using SHA-256 before transmission to Meta).
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and browser fingerprint.
- Location data: country, city, state, and zip code.
- Transaction data: purchase amount, currency, and event type (e.g., purchase, lead, add to cart).
- Marketing data: UTM parameters, campaign identifiers, and referral source.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your data.
- The website or service where your data was collected (if known).
- Any additional details that may help us identify your data (e.g., approximate date of interaction).
3. What Happens After Your Request
- Acknowledgement: we will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- Verification: we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
- Deletion: your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of verification.
- Confirmation: we will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
4. What Gets Deleted
- Conversion event data associated with your identifiers (email, phone, IP address).
- Facebook click identifiers (fbclid) linked to your activity.
- Any personal data stored in connection with tracked events.
5. What Is Retained
After deletion, we may retain aggregated, anonymized statistical data that cannot be used to identify you. This data contains no personal information and is used solely for service analytics.
6. Third-Party Data
Please note that data already transmitted to Meta (Facebook) or other advertising platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and data deletion processes. You may also wish to submit a deletion request directly to:
